Dr Roy Sugarman is a Clinical Neuropsychologist and Clinical Neuropsychologist.

In the USA he is the neuroscience lead with Social Health Innovations and Transhuman Inc, as well as directing Applied Neuroscience in the Performance Innovation Team of EXOS (Az), serving as a mindset coach with the USA National Men's Soccer Team. He has provided support for various elite athletes including the athletes at USF and US Military Special Forces personnel, FC11 in Australia and Neurodynamic Vision in Atlanta USA. He is Head Neuroscientist for education technology company BoxPlay in the UK. As a founder of Social Health Innovations, he is co-creator of Be A Looper, and Looper Enterprise, award-winning apps addressing the issue of suicide internationally. With Mobecom Ltd in Sydney, he developed the neuroscience model behind LifeIQ, SeventeenHundred, Centre for Diabetes and Endocrinology Club, Altius Life, and FiiTR.me.

He is the author of two acclaimed books, “Saving your life one day at a time”, and "Client-centred coaching: A trainer and coach's guide to motivating clients" (3rd ed), a standard textbook for PTA Global. Contributions to other works, include The Hecht Effect, (Steve Hecht), Every Day is Game Day, (Mark Verstegen), The Road to Nowhere (Allan Munn). Dr Sugarman's work is showcased in his books and in TV series, Body and Brain Overhaul (OneHD/Channel10).  His online program "The neuroscience of Peak Performance", produced by EXOS Presents in the USA, has received critical acclaim as have his other contributions to EXOS training programs.

Dr Sugarman works with individuals in Rose Bay and Bankstown, Australia.
